TiP 44mm External Wastegate

The 44mm Wastegate is utilized on all of our turbo systems, as well as countless custom turbo builds around the world. Designed with a compact and lightweight profile, this wastegate delivers exceptional reliability and performance without sacrificing durability.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel and black anodized 6061 aluminum, it features V-band inlet and outlet connections for full 360° adjustability, making installation simple for a wide range of custom turbo setups. Multiple boost/vacuum ports on both the upper and lower chambers provide maximum flexibility for advanced boost control configurations.

This updated design also incorporates integrated water-cooling ports. While not required for most applications, water cooling is an excellent feature for road-course vehicles or any setup that will endure extended high-temperature abuse.

Wastegates come preconfigured with an 7psi base pressure

10psi — Large Diameter

Springs can be mixed and matched to achieve your desired base boost pressure.
